MY STORY.
I've wanted to be a makeup artist since I was ten years old. I took a circuitous route with a five-year tenure as a stockbroker, but I've been following my passion for the past 26 years. My start in television began with The Bold & the Beautiful where I worked for eight years. I completed over 2,000 episodes and garnered six Emmy nominations as well as two wins for doing what I love on the most viewed daytime serial in the world. Given that the storylines mandate creative beauty makeup, special effects, and just about any medium of makeup application, it was an excellent training ground.
Recently, I earned Emmy nominations for my work on Star Trek Picard. It was my absolute pleasure to have Ashlei Chestnut, Ed Speleers, Ito Aghayere, LeVar Burton, and Michelle Hurd grace my chair on a daily basis. I have solidified my ties to episodic television by working regularly on HBO's The Idol, Showtime's Your Honor, Freeform's Good Trouble, Seth MacFarlane's The Orville and the late John Singleton's TV series, Snowfall. I also reintroduced myself to the realm of commercials and recently contributed to a series of Spectrum spots.
